Blindspot Audit™

See what good revenue may be hiding. Before someone else finds it.

A confidential diagnostic of the whole business. We start with the financials, then look across leadership, operations, founder dependence, customer risk, scalability, governance, growth strategy, and transferability.

This is not

a coaching session

a generic assessment

a theoretical strategy exercise

a valuation number with no context

This is

K

an objective look at what is actually happening in the company

K

a cross-functional view that connects financial performance to how the business actually operates

K

a way to surface risks and dependencies that have become normal

K

a clearer answer to: What should we actually be paying attention to?

Your company may be worth less than you think. We want to know why.

Why is the multiple where it is? Why is cash not following revenue? Why does growth require so much effort? Why are decisions still concentrated at the top? The Blindspot Audit connects those questions to the value of the business.

Why an Outside View.

Your CFO knows the financials. Your COO knows the operation. Your leadership team knows their part of the business. The Blindspot Audit looks across all of it and tests where the stories do not reconcile.

That is often where the real issue is hiding.

How the Audit Works

Four steps. Clear output.

1

Give us the real picture.

We collect the financial, operating, leadership, and strategic information needed to understand the business.

2

We examine the patterns.

We look for contradictions, dependencies, risk, and operating patterns the numbers alone may not reveal.

3

We connect the findings.

You receive the findings in plain English, including what matters now and what can wait.

4

You decide what happens next.

If you want a detailed execution plan, we build the 90-Day Value Roadmap™ separately.

The Audit diagnoses. The Roadmap prescribes. That distinction matters.

What the work requires.

A focused financial document request, a small number of leadership conversations, analysis across the seven dimensions, and a findings session with the CEO and agreed leadership team. The exact scope depends on the size and complexity of the business.

Beyond the numbers

Where a business valuation usually stops.

Most valuations give you a number. Useful, but incomplete. The Audit looks at what is creating that number: financial quality, management depth, operational strength, concentration, risk, and growth opportunity. Enterprise value is the result of all of it.

Common questions

Is this a valuation?

It includes a strategic working range for enterprise value and the drivers behind it. It is not a formal appraisal for tax, litigation, or another regulated purpose. When that level of valuation is required, we work alongside the appropriate credentialed specialist. This is the pre-work that better prepares you for these discussions.

Do I need to be planning an exit?

No. A business somebody else would want to own is usually a pretty good business to keep.

Will you give me an objective view?

The point is to give you an objective read while there is still room to act, not to confirm what you already believe.

Is it confidential?

Completely. The usefulness of this work depends on being able to talk about the business as it really is.

Why not have my CFO or leadership team do this?

They should be part of the work. The difference is independence and range. Internal leaders know their functions deeply; SeventhVantage™ looks across functions and tests where the financial, operational, leadership, and strategic stories do not line up.

How much of my team’s time does this take?

We keep the lift concentrated: a focused information request, selected leadership conversations, and a findings session. Scope varies with the size and complexity of the company.

Reveal What Matters.

See it before someone else prices it.
